customer service... I purchased a number of helium tanks that they sell to consumers. The Philadelphia Sanitation dept will not accept them, and the store told me that if I put them in a black plastic bag, the Philadelphia Sanitation guys would take them. It seemed shady to me, and I asked if they were aware of a proper way to dispose of them. They were not. When I suggested that it might be good information for the store to have, the manager told me "I'll tell that to our corporate office". I was not impressed. Read more at maps.google.com
Good for kid's parties,... If you need very basic stuff, like napkins and plates and tablecloths in primary colors, or a wide selection of cheap party favors, or foil balloons with text on them, this is a great place. But the merchandise is generic and very limited for most other purposes. Everything's inexpensive, so the quality is pretty mediocre, and while there are sections for everything from weddings to confirmations to tiki island parties, the range of stock is quite limited and distasteful.
